Slim-down protein pancakes

Ingredients for 4 pancakes:

- Scoop of pea protein powder (I used nuzest, it contains no sugar anything and it is top quality)

- 2 organic eggs 

- 1 tbs chia seeds

-2 tbs nut milk unsweetened (I used hazelnut)

- Cinnamon

 

Method:

Simply mix all the ingredients with a fork or blender until you have a nice batter. 

Heat coconut oil in a ceramic frying pan and once it is properly heated up scoop your batter. Flip pancakes when you see bubbles forming on top.

To serve:

-coconut yoghurt

- activated (or not mix nuts, I love these)

- tahini (I love this one)

- cacao nibs like these
