About
Eleni is a yoga teacher, nutritional therapist (DipNut CNM) and doula living in London, UK. She has been teaching yoga since 2014 after completing her studies in traditional Hatha yoga the Ashram in India. She then found her teachers Shiva Rea, the leading teacher who made Vinyasa flow what we know today in the west, and Sarah Powers who found Yin yoga. Having spent over 10,000 hours with her teachers she is offering dynamic and yin classes that focus on the healing aspect of the practice.
Eleni is also a nutritional therapist helping clients heal through changing their diet. She works with clients experiencing chronic health conditions, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, hormonal problems, infertility and inflammatory diseases. She is particularly passionate with working with women around the reproductive age.
After becoming a mother, Eleni completed a doula training to help women have better birth experiences and find empowerment through matrescence. She is passionate to share holistic practices to experience radical vitality during pregnancy and educate women of how birth works. Therefore she works with couples wishing to conceive, pregnant women and women in the postnatal period.

This was my fundamental training, in the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram in India. The Ashram experience was the most important experience of my life. I bow to my teachers and commit to spread the message of the practice.
100HR ASHTANGA IMMERSION, KINO MCGREGOR & TIM FELDMAN. Triyoga, London, UK, 2015
I spent two weeks practicing with Kino Mc Gregor and Tim Feldman, the Ashtanga yoga Primary series. It has been one of the most influential experiences for me as we really looked into anatomy, technique, and philosophy. Although I am not a solely Ashtanga practitioner, I always incorporate the principles in my practice and classes.

a bit more about me
A bit more about me...
I have a background in Marketing and Communication and Fashion Design. While working in the fashion industry in London, and having already been a yoga student for two years, I decided to take myself on an adventure. They say that life begins at the end of your comfort zone, so I booked a ticket to India and went solo to learn life. I spent a month in an Ashram, in the middle of nowhere, with like minded people from all over the world and teachers that taught me the ancient practice of Yoga. Since then I have been attending more trainings and more workshops with life changing teachers form around the globe. I have practiced with many yogis and yoginis who aim to find balance and who touched me and influenced me somehow. I have experienced first hand the transformational effects of the practice, on my own body and life, as well as from my fellow practitioners and students that I had the honour to meet and guide.
Yoga is for me something that I can always come back to. A toolbox, a very practical guide, to self-discovery, self-love or to simply connect with myself.
I love sharing my practice with you, to inspire you and help you experience deep connection with your body and mind.
