Turmeric peach with coconut yoghurt an pistachios

So nourishing! Warm, sweet peach topped with pistachios and coconut yoghurt. Comforting, seet and warming!

I simply cut a peach in cubes and tossed it in a pan with a bit of water coconut oil, turmeric powder, lots of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. 

Then I put in a bowl with yummy coconut yoghurt and topped with pistachios.

Another epic version is with my signature tahini milk!

 

TAHINI MILK:

Almond or any other milk

1 tbs tahini

cinnamon 

Simply I warm in a small pot and mix in a blender or put them all in my nespresso Aeroncino milk frother. Creamy and delicious!
