Paleo granola for happy gut

So since i have never managed to find a box of Paleo granola without sweetener I decided to make myself. And actually it tastes incredibly amazing. I top my pancakes with it, enjoy it my coyo or just with almond. So yummy!

Ingredients:

5 tbsp coconut flakes, pulsed in the food processor to chop in smaller pieces

5 tbsp hazelnuts, pulsed in the food processor to chop in smaller pieces

3 tbsp chia seeds

5 tbs hulled hemp seeds

3 tbsp sesame seeds (black or white)

3 tbsp pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

20 stevia drops

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Optional 2 tbs tahini or other nut/seed butter

2 tsp cinnamon and/or raw cacao powder or chai spice mix

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius (or lower but leave in the oven for longer)

Drop stevia in melted coconut oil and tahini. Mix all other ingredients together (nuts, seeds, coconut, spices). Mix the wet mixture with the dry mixture and spread in a baking dish and put in the oven.

Make sure you watch out so that it does not burn. You can mix halfway again. 

After 20' take out and let it cool.

Store in a jar or airtight container.
